Effective September 1, 2026, Medlin Accounts Receivable is freeware. It is free for anyone to download, install, and use. Support is provided through this documentation.
Customers who were licensed before that date keep their license. That includes access to the encrypted online backup system, and email support for 180 days after their order was processed.
This program is run as a stand alone program. No other software is needed. All data is stored on your computer.
The program can be used for a single business or for multiple businesses/clients/sets of books. It can share charge and payment data with Medlin Accounting. It is a "Balance Forward" program. All items are posted against the customer's balance, not against any particular invoice.
Your Data:
All data is stored locally on your computer. Medlin Accounts Receivable is not designed to be shared across computers, over a network, or through online drive sharing.
